How do I get my printable?
All purchases happen on our Etsy shop. Right after checkout, Etsy gives you a download link on the confirmation page and by email. You can also find it any time under Purchases in your Etsy account.
What paper sizes are included?
Our kits come in US Letter and A4. Most kits also include a Low-Ink version that saves printer ink.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own family or a single classroom.
Can I share or resell the files?
Please don't. Files are for personal and single-classroom use only. They may not be shared, resold or uploaded elsewhere.
What printer and paper should I use?
Any home inkjet or laser printer works. Regular paper is fine; cardstock is great for bingo cards, masks and game pieces. Choose "Fit to page" or "Actual size" in your print settings.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds follow Etsy's policy for digital items. If something is wrong with a file, email us and we'll fix it or send a corrected version fast.
I can't open the file. What should I do?
Files are PDFs (bundles arrive as ZIP files). Download them on a computer if your phone has trouble, unzip if needed, and open with a free PDF reader. Still stuck? Email us.
